2.1.1. To change the font

Click in a text box.
       Select the characters.

Choose Font in the Home Font group.
       Select a font.

2.1.2. To change font size

Select the characters.
       In the Home tab Font group, choose a font size option:
       Increase font size.
       Decrease font size.
       Font size menu.

2.1.3. To bold, italicize, or underline text:

Select the text.
       Choose the formatting options in the Home tab Font group: Bold, Italicize, or Underline.

2.1.4. To change text and text background color

Select the text.
       Click the Font Color icon in the Home tab Font group.
       Choose a color from either the Theme or Standard sections of the color picker.

2.1.5. Add a superscript or subscript.

On the Home tab, click the Font dialog launcher

Select Font tab and then turn on the checkbox next to Superscript or Subscript.

2.1.6. Add a shadow

Select Home tab Font and Text Shadow.
